"....but we can't blame the people for voting the wrong person...."
At a glance, chaoe15 is right of saying it…. How can we blame our elders who are not skilled enough to analyze if they are just being bamboozled by the sweet promises of the unscrupulous politicians.
Mostly if not all, our generations are at least high school graduates. Many of us are degree holders. Some of us are having good position at the society. To give back the credits, it’s all about the product of the indisputable effort of our less educated parents. Who can afford to blame them after all….?
But, if we go deeper with the scenario, the larger part of the blame belongs to us. It is merely because; we failed to help our parents or elders to understand. We, who were sent by them to school to get a good education has simply forgotten to give back what we have learned. We simply forgotten that we have responsibility not only to our own parents/elders but we are also having moral responsibility to other people that we should care for.
Now, who’s to be blame..?
After all, it’s not their future are at risk but ours, and if we will not act on it, it will be the same or even worst condition our children and the rest of generations to come, shall be experienced.
Don’t wait your children to blame you!
